I adore books. They are a passion and have provided countless hours of enjoyment and instruction over the years. On top of my boxes of fiction and non fiction favorites and thousands (yes!) of e books I also cart around at least 100 cake design and baking volumes. I prefer actual books rather than digital copies for my cookbooks and especially cake decorating reference manuals. Over the years I have ruined many books by propping them up while trying a certain recipe or design and many of my favorite texts have pages that stick together on my favorite sections. This is unfortunate but the books are very loved!
